Shipping policy

Shipping. Every CritterOn order ships from our supplier warehouse — we do not keep stock on a shelf, which is how we keep prices where they are. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. In rare cases — customs delays, carrier backlogs, or remote addresses — delivery can take up to 45 days. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it the rest of the way. If your order has not arrived within 45 days of your shipping email, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
